Thank you for shopping at ParkoMall. We ship all orders from our warehouse in China to customers in the United States.

Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.

Shipping Time to the United States
We use reliable international shipping services to deliver your orders safely.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping (available for select orders): 7–12 business days

- Orders over $59: Free Standard Shipping
- Orders under $59: Flat shipping fee $5.99

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Tax & Customs

All orders are shipped from China.

Import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We comply with U.S. tax laws. If we meet the economic nexus threshold in any U.S. state, we will collect the applicable sales tax at checkout.

Lost & Missing Package
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact our support team within 7 days, and we will assist you with an investigation.

We do not collect sales tax temporarily. Buyers shall declare relevant taxes in accordance with local U.S. laws.
